Evidence creates confidence.

Reporting explains what management believes to be true.

Independent assurance validates whether it actually is.

That is the foundation of Evidence-Based Governance.

As technology ecosystems become more interconnected—and increasingly shaped by AI, cloud platforms and third-party providers—Board confidence can no longer rely solely on reporting.

It must be supported by independently validated evidence.

Without evidence, confidence becomes assumption.

And assumptions rarely survive major incidents.
